1. What manufacturing processes and end connection types do you offer for 45° elbows?

We produce both seamless (SMLS) 45-degree elbows for high-pressure systems and welded (WLD) elbows formed from premium stainless steel plate for larger industrial diameters. Depending on your piping design, we supply standard Butt-Weld ends (ANSI/ASME B16.9) with precision 37.5° bevels, as well as Socket-Weld and Threaded (NPT/BSP) end connections (ASME B16.11) for high-pressure forged fittings.

Every production lot undergoes 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI) chemical verification and full solution annealing to restore optimal corrosion resistance. Our quality control team measures center-to-end dimensions, wall thickness, bevel angles, and out-of-roundness (ovality) using calibrated gauges and ultrasonic meters. All shipments include full EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Reports (MTRs), and we fully support Third-Party Inspection (TPI) by SGS, BV, or TÜV.

For standard 304/304L and 316/316L schedule sizes, we offer flexible MOQs, especially when combining multiple fitting types into a single shipment. Standard manufacturing and order processing lead times are 30 to 45 days. Expedited production runs are available upon request to align with urgent project or shutdown schedules.

Smaller to medium-sized 45-degree elbows are fitted with protective plastic end caps and packed inside ISPM-15 heat-treated, seaworthy wooden cases lined with waterproof film. Larger diameter fittings are steel-strapped into heavy-duty wooden bundles on pallets with inter-layer cushioning to prevent metal-to-metal contact and surface scratches during long-distance shipping.

We accommodate a full range of international commercial trade terms, including EXW, FOB (Taiwan/China ports), CFR, CIF, and DDP. Shipments can be arranged as Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) ocean freight. For urgent job sites or prototype testing, we also offer express air freight options.
